Dr. Chance Lewis and Dr. Amy Alexander will lead the DEI initiatives in which our experts will meticulously explore your organization. There are many questions to be asked. Our expert consultants in DEI Dr. Chance Lewis and Dr. Amy Alexander will utilize proprietary methods and resources to assist with the needs of your organization or business. Our approach is to conduct a pre-assessment on the client, enforcing a participatory model known as The World Café Method and researched supported materials that provide actionable results.
